Unopened and unused equipment: Products may be returned if they are completely unopened and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened or used equipment: Returns of opened or used equipment are subject to a 50% restocking fee, as returned equipment must be inspected, cleaned, restored to working condition, and prepared for resale as refurbished equipment.

Damaged equipment: Equipment that has been damaged due to use, misuse, or improper handling is not eligible for return. Warranty claims are handled separately according to applicable warranty terms.
